Ad hoc Employee Support
For organisations without the safety net of an EAP, who need to offer support to their employees as and when the need arises, ICAS provides the FIRSTcall® service.
FIRSTcall® is an immediate, cost effective employee support and counselling referral service for organisations that prefer to maintain an involvement in the support process.
Accessed by telephone whenever the need arises, FIRSTcall® is often used by Human Resources and Occupational Health professionals as well as those in general managerial positions.
