Everything we do at ICAS is in line with our commitment to help organisations minimise the commercial risks associated with people. Needs analyses are available across all ICAS services and more formal and specialised risk audits can be undertaken. In some situations, however, we intervene directly to help organisations better manage a "live" risk.
